The Jorma Volta als Ports d'Andorra is a non-competitive cycling tour open to all federated and non-federated cyclists.
It is a non-competitive event that will take place at all times on roads open to traffic in general, so participants will have to take extreme precautions throughout the route, always respecting the highway code.
It is organized by the Andorran Cycling Association and the company VSL Sports, with the sponsorship of Esports JORMA, Andorra Turisme, Pal Arinsal Grandvalira Ressorts, Comú d'Andorra la Vella, Comú de la Massana, Autoselecció , comú d'Ordino, Federació Andorrana de Ciclisme, Anyós Park i la resta de col.laboradors WECamper, Ifrent, sismic, Bicilab andorra, Jecom disseny, Assos, Megamo, Orbea, Trek, Specialized, compex ,Estrella Galicia i FCC.
By registering, this declaration of participation in the march is accepted.

As a registered participant who participates in the cycling march, I declare:

1. That I know the content of the rules of the event available on the Organiser's website and that I accept them in their entirety.
2. That I undertake to comply with the rules and regulations, ensuring my safety and that of the rest of the participants.
3. That exempts the Organiser, its president, its board of directors, the Andorran Cycling Federation and/or any natural or legal person linked to the organisation of the event from the responsibilities arising from any accident caused by reasons linked to sporting accidents.
4. That it exempts the aforementioned from any damage that, for health reasons, may arise from my participation in the test, personally assuming the inherent risk to health that the physical effort required for participation in this test entails.
5. That there is a possibility of suffering a sports accident linked to the practice of cycling; and/or natural hazards, in which I would personally assume responsibility for any accidents that I myself could cause to any participant of the march, or to third parties and I would exclude the organization from any liability derived from these accidents.

Right to image

Acceptance implies that the participant authorizes the Organizer of the march to record all or part of his participation in the march, gives his consent so that his image may be used for the promotion and dissemination of the image of the march in all its forms (radio, press, video, photo, DVD, Internet, etc.). posters, media, etc.) and assigns all the rights related to its commercial and advertising exploitation that it deems appropriate to execute, without the right on its part to receive any financial compensation.

LOPD and privacy policy

In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/2003 on the protection of personal data, of 18 December 2003, the organiser informs us that the data provided to us will be incorporated into a digital file, the ownership and responsibility of which correspond to the Organiser, who will take the necessary measures to guarantee its security and confidentiality.
The participant is informed and consents to the incorporation of his/her data into the existing automated files by the Organiser and to the processing of the same for use in the execution of administrative and commercial procedures and other activities.

With regard to the privacy policy, the Organiser assures the participant, in any case, the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in the terms established in current legislation, by writing to the organisation, being responsible for the file with address for these purposes at the address indicated above. The participant accepts that his/her data may be transferred exclusively for activities necessary for the proper execution of the internal management and administration of the Organizer. Likewise, the participant accepts that the Organizer sends him information about news, procedures or services that affect the march. The participant's acceptance that his/her data may be processed or transferred in the manner of this paragraph is always revocable, without retroactive effects.

Accident insurance or federation license

It will be mandatory to have a federation license for cycling or to take out accident insurance for the day of the race.
The organization makes available to you with the registration, an accident day insurance worth 10€, with the Andorran company
Multisegur Assegurances, with the following coverages
Death and permanent disability due to accident : €6,000
National average attendance €3,000 - €1,500 free choice
The insurance taken out is for accidents, it does not cover illness, discomfort or any illness that may arise, nor does it include material of any kind.

Cancellations of registration

The organization makes available a cancellation insurance in case you are unable to attend the march for justified reasons, with registration.
This insurance is an external service to the organization, all claims must be processed directly with the company.

If you are unable to attend, the registration fee will not be refunded, but you can transfer your registration or save it for the next edition.
