The 2020 edition due to COVID-19 measurements will be atypical and we hope you like it.

The collection of bib numbers will be mandatory on Saturday 8 August in the Plaça de les Fontetes in La Massana, the opening hours will be extended all day from 10 am to 9 pm, and the collection of the bib number of an assistant colleague will be allowed. an authorization.

The MVPA 2020 will be an individual event with timed sections and link sections.

There will be 4 different outings:

ROUTES

Route 1* :
participants will leave the center of the town of Ordino, will leave every 30 seconds, and when collecting the number they will be assigned their departure time, which will be between 8.30 am and 9 am.

Route 2** :
participants will leave Canillo (car park located at the beginning of the Ordino Pass road), will leave every 30 seconds, and when picking up the bib they will be assigned their departure time, which will be between 8.15am and 9.45am.

Route 3*** :
participants will leave Andorra la Vella (next to the Borda Estevet, at the beginning of the Comella road), will leave every minute, and when picking up the number they will be assigned their departure time, which will be between 8am and 10am.

Route 4**** :
participants will leave Sant Julià de Lòria (Plaça Germandat in the center of the town), will leave every minute, and when picking up the bib they will be assigned their departure time, which will be between 8.15 am and 10.45 am.

  • In each timed section the participant will have to go to his right of the road and in this way, if it is wanted to advance a participant who has left in front of him will have margin to make the overtaking respecting a separation distance.
  • Once the participant has reached the end of each timed section, they will have a liquid and solid supply, and they will mark it on the back of the bike for the time they have to reach the next timed section. (this time is calculated to be able to do this section calmly without haste)
  • During the link section, the participant must do it by bike and respect the rules of traffic and distance from other participants..
  • Once the last timed section has been completed in La Coma d’Arcalís, you can pick up your warm clothes that you have left at the start of the first timed section and eat something with the ticket that the organization will give you..
  • After the meal you will have to go down by bike to the Paddock area of La Massana where the day before you picked up your bib, to collect your Finicher medal (GOLD - SILVER - BRONZE) and in case you have made a podium of your route , in the same area will be the award ceremony, once there are the first 3 men or women of each route.
  • The time table for the award of the medal is calculated only the times of the timed sections.
